Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing or booking pet consultation services (including the $29.9 Initial Pet Consultation, follow-up sessions, written reports, and related resources) from organizenest.pro (operated by OrganizeNest LLC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your booking/order confirmation email serves as official proof of acceptance, creating a binding legal agreement between you and our company.

Billing Terms

  • One-Time Sale Model: All pet consultation services are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, monthly charges, or hidden fees—you pay only for the specific service(s) selected at booking.
  • Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as organizenest.pro to clearly identify your pet consultation purchase.
  • Payment Security: We use industry-standard encrypted payment processors to protect your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet information. OrganizeNest LLC does not store full payment details on our servers.

Checkout/Booking Requirements

To complete your booking/order, you must meet these mandatory requirements—failure to do so will prevent confirmation:

  1. Check the mandatory checkbox stating: “I have read, understood, and agree to OrganizeNest LLC’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.”

Service Information & Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions of consultation scopes, consultant qualifications, and scheduling availability. Final confirmation of your selected time slot (for virtual consultations) will be sent within 1 business day of booking.
  • Virtual consultations are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone (as selected during booking). You will receive a unique access link or phone number 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Written consultation reports are delivered to your registered email address within 3 business days of the virtual session or purchase (for standalone written plans).
  • Service availability may be limited during peak periods (e.g., holidays, pet adoption seasons). We will notify you promptly if your preferred time is unavailable and offer alternative slots.

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during booking, including your pet’s breed, age, health status, and specific concerns. OrganizeNest LLC is not responsible for consultation inefficiencies or inaccurate guidance caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • For virtual consultations: Ensure you have a stable internet connection (for video calls) or reliable phone service (for voice calls), a quiet environment, and your pet (if relevant to the consultation) available at the scheduled time.
  • You are responsible for following consultant recommendations safely and responsibly. Our guidance is for general pet care, behavior, and nutrition—never a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for sick, injured, or medically compromised pets.
  • Missed sessions without 24 hours’ prior notice will be considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling (except for emergency situations, which require documentation).

Limitation of Liability

  • OrganizeNest LLC’s services are for consultation and guidance only—our consultants are not licensed veterinarians, and advice does not constitute medical treatment. We shall not be liable for any injury, harm, or behavioral changes to your pet resulting from implementation of our recommendations.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., emotional distress, financial loss, or inconvenience) caused by service delays, technical glitches (resolved promptly), or consultation outcomes.
  • Our total liability is limited to the total purchase price of the affected consultation service.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising from your booking will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Loomis, CA.
