Overview
OrganizeNest LLC’s refund policy applies exclusively to our $29.9 Initial Pet Consultation and other pet consultation services (e.g., follow-up sessions, written reports). The policy lasts 20 days from the date of consultation completion (for virtual/written sessions) or purchase (for unused consultations). If 20 days have passed since your consultation or purchase, we cannot offer a full or partial refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within the 20-day window and provide clear evidence that the service failed to meet our stated standards. This includes:
- Unaddressed pet-related concerns (e.g., behavioral, nutrition, or care questions you explicitly shared during booking).
- Incomplete guidance (e.g., missing actionable steps, insufficient details for your pet’s specific needs).
- Non-compliance with the agreed-upon consultation scope (e.g., shorter session duration than advertised, unfulfilled written report deliverables).
Refunds are not granted for:
- Dissatisfaction with consultation outcomes due to failure to follow our certified consultants’ recommendations.
- Changes to your pet’s situation, needs, or behavior after the consultation is completed.
- Missed virtual consultation sessions without 24 hours’ prior notice (rescheduling is available for a $2 fee).
- Disagreement with guidance that aligns with industry best practices for pet care.
Non-Refundable Services
- Follow-up consultation services (purchased separately after the initial $29.9 session).
- Customized written plans, supplementary resources, or post-consultation support materials.
To complete your refund request, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, booking reference number).
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are granted only in specific scenarios:
- Consultations where a portion of the agreed-upon scope was unfulfilled (e.g., a 45-minute virtual session instead of the advertised 60 minutes, incomplete coverage of 1 out of 3 shared concerns).
- Minor service discrepancies that do not warrant a full refund (e.g., delayed delivery of a written report by 1–2 business days, technical glitches resolved mid-session).
Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Email help@organizenest.pro with your order/consultation confirmation number, date of service, specific concerns, and supporting documentation (e.g., session notes, email correspondence, or a summary of unaddressed questions).
- Claim Review: Our team will review your request and supporting materials within 3 business days of submission.
- Resolution Notification: We will email you to confirm refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed as monetary credits to your original payment method.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days. No physical returns are required for digital/remote consultation services—refunds are processed based on documented service issues.

Note: OrganizeNest LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs for physical materials, unless the refund is due to our service error (e.g., incorrect or defective materials).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the 7–10 business day processing period:
- Check your bank/credit card statement—financial institutions may take 3–5 extra days to post funds.
- Contact your credit card issuer or bank to inquire about pending transactions.
- If issues persist, email help@organizenest.pro with your refund claim number, approval date, and a screenshot of your payment statement (if available).
Gift Purchases
If the consultation service was purchased as a gift and the recipient is unsatisfied (meeting refund eligibility criteria):
- If the gift was shipped directly to the recipient (via email delivery of booking details), the recipient will receive a gift credit for the service value.
- If the gift giver retained the booking details to share later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver’s original payment method.
