Since OrganizeNest LLC provides digital/remote pet consultation services (no physical products shipped), this policy outlines our service delivery, scheduling, and access guidelines—aligned with traditional shipping policies but tailored to our virtual/written service model.
Service Delivery Timeline
- Booking Confirmation: Immediately after purchasing a consultation service (e.g., the $29.9 Initial Pet Consultation), you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, service details, and next steps to schedule your session (if applicable).
- Scheduling: For virtual consultations, you will be directed to a secure calendar tool to select your preferred date and time (based on consultant availability). A final confirmation email with session details will be sent within 1 business day.
- Pre-Consultation Prep: We will email you a short questionnaire 48 hours before your virtual session to gather key details (pet breed, age, specific concerns) to ensure the consultation is efficient and tailored to your needs.
- Service Delivery:
- Virtual consultations: Conducted at the scheduled time, lasting 60 minutes (unless stated otherwise). A recording of the session (if requested) will be sent within 24 hours.
- Written consultations: Delivered to your email as a detailed, customizable PDF report within 3 business days of purchase or virtual session.
Access Requirements
- Virtual Consultations: You will need a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a camera/microphone (for video calls) or speaker (for voice calls), and a stable internet connection. Access links are unique to your booking and should not be shared.
- Written Reports: Delivered via email—ensure your registered email address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. Reports are password-protected (if requested) for privacy, with login details included in the delivery email.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your virtual consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $2 administrative fee.
- Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the consultation. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows (failure to attend the session without notice) receive no refund.

- If you experience technical issues before or during a virtual consultation, contact help@organizenest.pro or call (209) 439-0805 immediately. We will attempt to resolve the issue in real time or reschedule the session at no additional cost.
- For issues accessing written reports (e.g., missing email, corrupted file), contact us within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery date for a re-send.
